Special meeting of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Yankton was called to order by Mayor Wenande.
Roll Call: Present: Commissioners Akland, Carda, Gross, Hoffner, Knoff, Lowrie, Sommer, and Woerner. Interim City Manager Viereck was also present. Absent: City Attorney Hosmer. Quorum present.

Moved by Commissioner Woerner, seconded by Commissioner Sommer, to adjourn into Executive Session at 12:01 p.m. per SDCL 1-25-2(3) to consult with and review communications from legal counsel about pending litigation.
Roll Call: All members present voting “Aye;†voting “Nay:†None.
Motion adopted.
