Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide advice and counsel to employers concerning the plan document and operational compliance aspects of ERISA employee pension and welfare benefits plans; executive compensation arrangements and the federal tax issues relating to same.• Defend employers against Internal Revenue Service; Health and Human Services; and Department of Labor audits; ERISA plan litigation; and in defense of penalties imposed under Federal tax laws, ERISA and Affordable Care Act.• Conduct due diligence reviews of employee benefit plans, executive compensation arrangements and payroll practices• Drafting employee benefits, executive compensation and defined compensation plans
