Description
Position Summary
Represent National Sales Compliance on all division level projects to ensure that execution is in compliance with rules and regulations, as well as Citi expectations.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
Review all requests for palette related training materials and online resource content to assess appropriate presentation of compliance related information.
Interface with appropriate attorneys to ensure compliance of decisions made related to projects and materials review.
Routine interactions with National Sales Compliance Operations management and a! nalysts to ensure appropriate interpretation of monitored sale! s behaviors.
Regular participation in national and site level call calibration sessions.
Assist in testing changes to the Sales Compliance Reporter to ensure accurate system implementations.
Assist in compliance testing for National Sales Compliance.

Customer Service Sales Knowledge / Experience.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
·
Analytical thinker, solutions oriented.
·
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·
Knowledge of or experience with training processes helpful.
·
Strong team player who works with minimal direction and management supervision.
·
Past experience in demonstrating positive influence skills.
·
Prior experience in executing regulatory requirements in O&T helpful.
·
Proficient ! in using Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Project, etc.
·
Prior project management helpful.
