Academic requirements: Recently completed or are currently enrolled in a master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences

Your field of responsibility

  • The opportunity to work in the Chief Operating Officer department of Business Area Europe, focusing on supporting the Front employees in risk and due diligence topics for the markets of Russia/CIS, Israel and Eastern Europe
  • Exposure to a high variety of tasks and various internal stakeholders, enriching your overall experience
  • To work in risk related projects and be an important sparring partner for all Business Area functions as well as the top management in terms of operational and reputational risks
  • The ownership for smooth implementation and enforcement of all Business Risk Management Standards within the Business Area, and for optimization and analysis of existing internal processes jointly with the main stakeholders across the bank

Your qualifications and skills

Demonstrate the skills and attributes you bring to this key position. Tell us how your experience, character and vision connect with the responsibilities required and prospects we offer. You have:

  • Recently completed or are currently enrolled on a master’s program preferably in Economics or Law and plan to start employment within the next 12 months
  • High level of initiative as well as a strong commitment to the job
  • A keen awareness of quality, strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Initial experience or strong interest in driving projects and initiatives as well executing initiatives in the context of a large organization
  • Open and persuasive personality with strong communication skills
  • Flexibility, proactive approach, sense of responsibility and perseverance
  • Used to work self-dependent combined with a structured, solution oriented approach
  • Excellent German and very good command of English, Russian and Hebrew is of high advantage
  • Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspective
