Client Services and Sales Coordinator Job Description
Position Summary
The Client Services & Sales Coordinator provides administrative, customer service and sales support to Chefs For Seniors of East LA County and Palm Springs. You will assist in the day-to-day management of client inquiries and follow ups across our roster of clients. This position requires a high-level awareness of client schedules, detail-oriented skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. You’re right for the role if you’re a clear communicator, enjoy building relationships with internal teams and client contacts.
Essential Functions

- Serve as main point of contact for incoming Chefs For Seniors inquiries and client requests regarding the service using our Chefs For Seniors phone system
- Provide best in class customer service
- Promptly follow up with all inbound inquiries using CRM system, Hubspot, from all sales & marketing activities, targeting 6 points of contact in 48 hours
- Convert inquiring clients to consultations
- Elicit client feedback, record and communicate key feedback in Jobber and to Executive Chef
- Manage updates to consultation and client visit schedules in Jobber
- Manage client communications (Welcome emails, scheduling requests, cancellations, etc)
- Participate in and keep notes during client calls, team meetings; provide meeting summaries and action items
- Assist Chefs For Seniors leadership team with scheduling meetings and calendar reminders as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Pass criminal background check
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Interest in working with the senior population
- High school diploma or equivalent
