As a national debt recovery agency; we have been pioneering innovative and effective collection and decline management programs since our inception in 1993. With our state of the art technology and computer systems, we focus on customer service driven collections.
We offer our clientele call center services for 3rd party and 1st party collections as well as customer relations services.
Primary duties:
- Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- Respond to incoming calls, and make outbound calls regarding Federal Student Aid (FSA) Loan Servicing
- Utilize the feedback tool to give and receive constructive feedback on call quality and department tasks
- Utilize available systems, knowledgebase, and standard technology such as telephone, e-mail, and web browser to respond to inquiries and perform job duties
- Refer escalated calls or inquiries to appropriate levels as needed
- Process requests and notate accounts
- Answer inquiries and notate accounts regarding information provided and actions taken in response to those inquiries
- Process Credit Bureau Requests utilizing established processes and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Minimum six (6) months customer service, administrative or call center experience is required
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English fluently
- Experience working with Federal Student aid
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
- PC skills, including MS Office applications and ability to type 23 wpm is required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and must not be delinquent on any federal student loans.
- Must not be in default status on a federal student loan on the NSLDS database.
- Federal security clearance will be required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
