Real Estate; Position requires senior level reality specialist experienced in professional lands support in order to support the following:
Presenting the Government's position to private landowners, attorney's, local, state, federal and tribal officials regarding real property conveyances; coordinate with highway, railroad, oil, gas, electric companies and irrigation districts regarding right of way projects and management; support and assist regarding right of way acquisitions, easements, damages and vegetation management; provide support, assistance, and guidance regarding projects as they relate to concerns of landowners; assist in proposed transmission line routing; provide assistance, support, and expert advice at both internal and external/public meetings. Provide advice/feedback regarding land acquisition procedures/processes; provide technical feedback/advice regarding drafting guidance, policies, and directives.
Position requires expertise knowledge of real estate principles, concepts, practices, markets and values to handle complex realty transactions; expertise knowledge regarding provisions of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies At of 1970 (Public Law 91- 646.
