Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Summary: This position is responsible for performing a variety of semi-complex administrative duties including setting up and maintaining comprehensive files; answering ro! utine and semi-complex inquires; completing forms and typing correspondence; operating a variety of office equipment; answering a multiple line telephone, and directing calls or taking messages. Position will also involve communication, coordination and interaction with varied Tyson facilities, attorneys, doctors and other medical providers on issues relating to workers' compensation; insuring all information regarding each case is filed correctly in the claimant's file, mail distribution; and any other duty assigned. Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results and coordinating with others. Assignments are defined and the approach to be taken is usually determined in coordination with others. Candidate must be able to handle confidential information in a professional manner.

Requirements:
Education: Knowledge of high school subject matter such as mathematics, grammar, office eq! uipment and business practices. Knowledge as such is normally ! acquired by four years of high school, a vocational school or equivalent.

Experience: 1+ years of office experience.

Computer Skills: Standard computer skills including generating simple letters, spreadsheets and/or graphics for personal business use or creating simple queries.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Special Skills: Strong data entry skills.

Other Requirements: Must have good attention to detail and self motivated.

Specific Job Requirements: This position entails a lot of bending and stooping. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand up to 4 hours a day.
