- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Quantity take off from GFC drawings.
- Material Reconciliation.
- Preparation of BOQs.
- Contractor bill Certification
- Pre-contract work - preparing the detailed Procurement Plan, Cost Plan.
- Co-ordinating with Architect & Design Consultant for Tender related Documents and Issuing RFP to the shortlisted Vendor,
- Preparing the Tender Evaluation and Cost Estimation
- Post-Contract preparing the interim payments.
- Market/Rate Analysis and Preparing the Evaluation of Variations and Non-tender items.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis.
- Performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
